"Named after its former owner, Ithilwen the Half-Elf, this vest was won over a game of knuckle-bones at the Dancing Dwarf tavern. I'm unsure of its potential for advantage but I do sense an enchantment of some kind lingering in its maille.
If it wasn't for the storm that had abruptly hindered my travels, I would have never stumbled into the tavern and won such an ambiguous item.
