I've hand coiled, cut & weaved 230 enchanted steel coils on this vest to grant its owner the gift of stealth. This armour offers modest protection to its wearer’s upper body and allows the sound of the rings rubbing against one another to be muffled by outer layers. Grants a 13+ dexterity modifier for Rogues.

Not suitable for Warlocks, Wizards, Sorcerers, Swordmages and Bards as the stealth enchantment placed on this item has been known to drain spell casters of their arcane when worn or carried.
